Pros:
Very concealable: even with a shirt tucked, you really cannot see the weapon.

Cons:
Needs another anchor point (clip) for the front of the holster.

Good idea, needs improvements

I purchased this rig about 18 months ago for warmer weather carry and actually find myself wearing it all year round.

My only knock on this holster is that it should have two anchor points for your belt. I realize that this is supposed to be a tuck-able rig (and it is). But, I have never tucked my shirt in with this holster because I'm of the school of thought that your sidearm should be accessible.
